Every time I visit this hair salon, I leave dissatisfied. I'm not a hair colourist, but I've been doing my own hair for the last 10 years. I consistently have to argue with the colourist about my hair, only to be proven right each time I've relented and my hair hasn't turn out the way I want it. They're never rude to me, but I don't feel much confidence in their ability to colour my hair properly. My colourist generally sounds like they are pulling their information out of thin air (trying to convince me it's impossible to do things I've been doing to my hair for the last decade). After this last visit, I have determined not to go there again. Especially when I am paying top dollar for hair that is subpar.
