Firstly I do not have a complaint about the quality of her haircut, however the overall experience was unprofessional and frustrating. It took awhile to get an appointment grounded as it was done by text message. Following my haircut I booked a future appointment and the day before I was asked to change the time as it didn't fit in with your schedule some what, and on the day of the appointment they cancelled a couple of hours before. I made another appointment for a later date for which they did not turn up for or communicate with me in any way. The image this business is portraying is not the experience that is given. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
