After being a client for over ten years, I was saddened to see them go without any notice at all.

Frustratingly, I had been in the process working with my hair dresser for months to achieve the look I wanted, obviously to no avail.

What a terrible waste of a great business originally started by very hard working people.

The atmosphere is great. Staff are happy,always busy, have fun and they are always accommodating. Loved their haircuts!

While I have been mostly happy with the cut and colour that I get here, the service has become terrible. I have had to wait 10-15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and then made to wait with dripping hair while the hairdresser does someone else hair in my appointment time. I understand that they may have to do this occasionally but something like this has happened every time I have been there this year. The worst experience was when I arrived on time to be told they were running 30-45 minutes late and did I want to reschedule, they hadn't even called me before hand to save me coming in. I will not be returning.

I have been going here for years. They did my re-tint too dark on my regrowth a couple of months ago and they charged me to fix it up a couple of weeks after but I thought I would give them another chance as I had been a loyal customer for years.

I asked for my regrowth and some foils (like I had gotten done a few visits earlier) The Management obviously wasn't listening to me, and they almost just put in some blonde foils (I had the blonde foils the time before to FIX there problem) I advised I wanted Blonde, copper and brown. The best place to go if u want a great hair.the stuff are so friendly and they give good advise reasonable price.highly recommended
