Half Price Shutters, Blinds and Awnings

I wish I had a 0 star option!
We ordered the shutters and it took 3 months for them to be installed. It turns out they ordered and installed the wrong product and we called to get this checked. They sent out a rep to investigate and he acknowledged the wrong product had been installed. Then silence for the next 3 months....nothing...no communication. So then we start to call and we get the old "its on its way" fob off each time. No one can tell us when they will be replaced. Trust me avoid this company and buy anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. In fact we found a great company who manufacture in Sydney and install within 2 weeks. We will be recommending and using them instead.
