As a renter, I must warn anyone whom is looking to use halfapercent Real Estate (asc w/ Noble House Property Agents) as a letting agency to exercise their due diligence and ensure they document every square meter of any property they look at. I rented a property for over two years and halfapercent made every effort to claim anything they could once I vacated the property. The property manager tried claiming for $2,000 of damages (which never occurred). I called this company regarding an inspection of a rental property that they had available. An inspection had taken place on the weekend but I had missed it, but it was indicated that a mid week inspection could be arranged so I could see the property. I indicated when I was available and was told they would speak to the tenants and get back to me. I later had a voicemail message indicating a time and a request that I called back to confirm. On the day of the inspection I called back and confirmed. We attended the "inspection", after I had taken time off work and travelled to do so. 10 minutes after the scheduled start time (with 3 others now waiting) a young lady approached and told us "sorry, we have just rented out the property". A complete disregard for others time, when I had specifically requested an inspection and had confirmed with the agent, who had my number. Very unprofessional...glad to avoid these agents as property managers

This is the worst body corporate management I have ever experienced. I can never find them when I need them. All they do is to charge us $1500 management fee + $600 levy and let their secretary who is very inexperience to deal with everything. The only time you can talk to them and ask them questions is at the annual meeting which is held 10 months after the end of the year. When I asked them for more information about the accounts and expenditures at the general meeting, all they said was:" I do not have time to explain everything to you as the meeting is only supposed to run for one hour. what you can do is to make an appointment with me and I shall show you all the documents and files. but for that, I charge $260 per hour." They assume that for the $2100 service fee, their only duty is to sit with us in the meeting for an hour and leaves everything else for ourselves to figure out.
