I would not be taking my car here. Me and a friend have both taken our cars there and found that on both vehicles a simple service was not carried out properly.
I've had to go back there on 3 occasions to get the correct reciept for the work they have done so I can take it to the VACC and redeem the money that i have spent.
Incredibly unprofessional and very frustrating to deal with. NOT HAPPY
I would not use this service.
They would constantly speak a different language in front of me, then speak to me about what was wrong with my car. It was so rude.
After they completed the work on my car there was ongoing issues, i took it back to them to tell them, but they had said my engine mount was loose, so they fixed that and $700 later my car was in worse condition than before.
I took it to another mechanic and they suggested that no tightening of the engine mounts was carried out, let alone even necessary,I was so upset i have a new born was out of pocket $700 and another $1200 for my mechanic to fix the actual problem which was my cam sensor.
I am so mad at this company i am considering taking them to VACC but dont know if its worth it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I would advise not to take your car here. I looked online for the cheapest Major service for my Mitsubishi and it was Hallam Auto Works, and believe me you get what you pay for!! They didn't carry out the major service properly failing to tighten a bolt on my crank shaft and have ruined my whole cam and crank shafts and sensors!!
My car is a 3 year old Mitsubishi with full dealership service history, never missed a beat. It now runs terrible, its out of sync, it revs too high, vibrates ...read more
