Wait times are beyond ridiculous! Never less than 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. What makes the wait times worse is knowing that the reception staff have pushed a complaining patient ahead of your appointment time!

I guarantee you will NEVER see a doctor at your appointment time- you usually have to wait an average of 1-2 hours past that time in the waiting room. Service is OK when you finally see a doctor.
