I've been going to Hamiltons over the years and always great amazing personalised service, along great advice on things my partner would love, and what I feel great value on the experience their diamonds! Thank you Anthony and the team at Hamiltons!

My husband bought me a locket which broke when he tried to put a picture of our then 4 month old. Not even 24 hours later, i took it back to have it replaced or refunded. The staff there were so rude and did not replace or refund it for me. Apparently we had used too much force! If you can not even open the locket once before it is damaged, then there is a problem! Anyway, if i were you, steer clear of this place, especially the Northland store. Buy at a reputable store, one that will try and keep you happy (especially if you take back the damaged product the very next day!!)

My family purchase all of their jewellery from Hamilton's and have spent a lot of money there over the years. I have always dealt with a staff whom I found to be lovely. However my most recent visit to the store was terrible, the staff member was rude and it was one of my worst retail experiences ever. When I later phoned for a resolution staff denied about the encounter which I found morally wrong and appalling. I will never purchase or deal with them again nor will my extended family and friends. I would not recommend Hamilton's to anyone because of this experience.

My parnter and I were recently looking for Wedding Rings and we had been very unsuccessful in the many jewellers that we visited. Either not enough variety or staff member to busy chewing gum! However, our first visit to Hamiltons and they learn't our names, took time to learn what we wanted and then showed us a very good selection at great prices. I returned to collect the rings 3 weeks later and they remembered my name, I actually felt like a valued customer. Thanks what a great experience!
