Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Tried ordering a hamper, when paying for the order everything said free same say delivery for Canberra so I of course put my details clicked away. I had a weird feeling so tried calling the business, voicemail said "we are probably out delivering a hamper" so I hung up thinking I'd call back in an hour. Called back and on the voicemail it said you can contact on this mobile... Called the mobile. Got no greeting just "hello" in an angry tone already. I explained what I had ordered and asked if it was being delivered today. WELL from here it blew up. I was getting a firm telling that it was my fault for not reading the other part of the website. No sorry, no sorry for the inconvenience. Just I will refund you Monday. Well I then asked if she would like my name so she knew who to refund. Then she went on having a go at me.
