I ordered a hamper to be delivered Mother's Day, but was delivered a week early. No explanation why. I thought I would give them another chance, ordered a hamper for a friends birthday, and has been delivered 2 weeks early!! Why have a date to be delivered section if you do it whenever you feel like anyway?! Not happy at all. Never again.
No customer service. Did an online enquiry as well as a follow up phone call and email but am still waiting for confirmation of when hamper will be shipped and tracking number. Money was deducted from my bank account nearly 3 weeks ago.
I ordered 5 hampers for xmas presents for clients in November never received an email or phone call to say that there were any problems with delivery. When I finally made contact I was told that there were 450 hampers missing in transit. I was told that if I needed the hampers I would have to drive to Melbourne to pick them up ( 300kl return trip ) otherwise hampers would be delivered after Xmas, fat lot of good that would be. Hamper World are blaming Aust. Post for the problem. If so why wouldn't they resend order and retrieve lost hampers themselves. Very disappointing.
