Hampton's BabySteps Swim Program give babies from 2 months a gentle, positive introduction to the water, incorporating water familiarisation and awareness plus the confidence and skills to be safer in and around the water, in a manner that babies learn best by BabySteps!
From nervous beginners to our mini squad, our SwimSteps Learn to Swim Program has been developed to incorporate a series of graded class levels that enable children to build and practice key skills and techniques.
Hamptons SwimSteps is a progressive approach that ensures children learn with others at a similar level and progress through our unique SwimSteps benchmarks

I would recommend that parents avoid Hampton Swim school due to very slow or no responses to emails or phone calls, very poor teaching quality and lack of effective responses to complaints about these issues.
For example, the swimming teacher was rude to my husband in front of other parents in the class and did not take interest in our child's struggles in the pool.
When we made a written complaint to Hampton swim school our concerns were denied and we were not given a refund of money we paid for the term, even after giving two weeks notice as required.
Other issues have been frequent changes in classes and teachers for our child, the only reason being the convenience of Hampton swim school, rather than our child's needs.
Overall, we have been very unhappy with all aspects and feel there are many better swim schools in the area.
Update: We were provided with a refund of the balance amount after further discussions with the swim school.
