Hanasaki Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan, which means iron plate, and yaki , which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. The best thing about dining out at teppanyaki is that it's always dinner and a show.
Chef Lee included all diners in the cooking experience and the food was great.
Hubby and I chose the steak and prawns, all cooked to perfection on the hot plate in front of us. A great night out in Currumbin.
The volcano of onion rings set alight was a cool touch.
But, if you do want to sit around the grill to watch, get in early, as it's first in, best seated.
