I am a Counsellor and Psychosocial Therapist and have expanded my knowledge into the connection between your psychological and physical well being. I believe that the first few years in a child's life set the foundation into the adulthood. That's why the bonding between mother and baby is so important, before and after birth. Pregnancy massage and learning how to massage your baby can help you with this by spending quality time with you baby, learning how to read the unspoken cues of your child and how to respond to them. By doing this you will satisfy all of your babyâ??s emotional needs which will set the template for how he/she value him/herself and form relationships through life.
