Received a text message around 6:30am to notify the estimated delivery time. And another one an hour before delivery. That is very helpful. The crew were friendly, careful and patient. My only complaint is the crew did not ask explicit permission before going into another part of the home, other than the specific area where the appliance was installed. At least the residents should lead the way. At one point, he throw his mobile on our stone bench top. The crew should respect the customer home and not making himself at home.
