We bought some equipment from these clowns and have regretted it from the day we got it. Cheap rubbish with no warranty. Forget about after sales service. There is none. Lies, lies and more lies. No call backs. If you do get through, it’s “they’re in a meeting” what a load!!
The five star ratings are staff that log in to lift the average above zero. If you’re still going to buy from these crooks, you deserve what you get. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Bought stainless steel table online. When assembled the table top dipped considerably in the middle. Notified the business who said to bring it in. Drove 1.8m table out to Smithfield. Waited over an hour for owner to arrive. Owner first said table was flat, then accused me of standing on table, then finally said he couldn’t replace but could give refund of 20%. So half star for him. Have bought from them before but wont buy again.
Superb little Convection Microwave Oven EXTREME-PRO with plenty of features if you need them. Looks really good in stainless steel. The first one arrived damaged but as usual Handy Imports sorted it out with no fuss and we had a replacement within 24 hours. Great product cheers.
I made a mistake of buying a tow ball and tongue from Handy Imports. Later on, I learned the hard way that 2" tow ball that they sell is too big to fit some couplings in Australia. Then I learned the soft way that standard is actually 50mm, so no wonder there was a problem. Another problem was that tongue had a shank hole that is too big as well, so ball change wouldn't help. I needed to replace the whole thing.
Handy Imports says the following on their website: "All our items are covered by our 1 year Return to Base Warranty."
