I have been training at Hanley's for over a year now. I love training at Hanley's because I am surrounded by like minded people who are encouraging and supportive. Di and Ty Hanley are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging - they are incredible trainers. No two sessions are ever the same - you are always challenging yourself both mentally and physically. I have also completed a couple of the 8 week challenges - each challenger is given an individual food plan, support and guidance on training sessions based on their own individual goals. Training at Hanley's has given me confidence and energy and the team at Hanley's has helped me to achieve goals that I never thought I would be able to.

They take into account your lifestyle and help you build a training schedule that works for you.
