Poor quality and service. Used them for a new build beach house - windows, sliding doors and retractable fly screens.
After 2 years, the retractable screens failed, despite the home only being used for 8 weeks since new due to COVID restrictions.
Hanlon initially claimed wear and tear but then said the repair would be covered by warranty. They hired a third party to repair the screens, which is when we were informed the repair would not be covered by warranty - when the guy was at our place!!
Most surprisingly, which we only learned after we received the invoice, is that Hanlon hired a repairer that loved 4 hours away!! The travel time charge was more than the repair cost!!
Overall, a poor experience - don't use them.
