Had my cat desexed 2 weeks ago, and I will never return. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Upon arrival there were a fair few people already in the waiting room, which was fine, but I was just told to stand and wait. I was called to collect my cat not even 4 hours later, they couldn't locate her paperwork at first and then eventually did in the chaos that I can only describe as rush hour at the supermarket with all of the people collecting their pets from surgery. When they brought her out to me, she was shaking, distress purring, covered in her own urine and had clearly just been left in her cat carrier which was also soaked in urine. No cone was provided, and when I called to ask if I should have purchased my own on the drive home I was told "cats don't really lick their wounds" and that no cone was necessary. Do not advocate for your pets life.
If you don't have the money to treat your pet; make no effort to find a solution other than euthanasia. My beloved dog of 12 years was put to sleep as I couldn't afford treatment to keep him alive after spending almost $15,000 at this vets over 20 years. Felt let down that in my highly irrationally emotional state nobody there made me feel I had as my other choice.

I had a good experience at Hanly Vet, it didn't break the bank and was well worth the drive and I spent the day visiting Ellis Brook while I waited.

Thanks to Gary and his staff , I had my little dog for eight years longer than I thought possible. Gary is a caring and wonderful vet, who truly loves animals more than other vets I have dealt with..His prices are fair and he is understanding of the situations people are often faced with , when losing a very loved pet... Thank you for your care .

Excellent Vets, very caring, prices are very low compared to other vets. They are very busy, which shows how good they are. Gary was excellent with our cat, another vet said it was an abscess,& needed urgent dental work & we were quoted at least $1000 with no upper limit. We only went to the other Vet as we could not get in to Hanly. We waited until we could get to Hanly vet. Gary said our cat had glaucoma, charged us only $130 & given eye drops & our cat is now fine. They genuinely seem to care about the animals & I cannot speak highly of them. Our puppy also accidentally got hold of some Rat bait last week. They treated her straight away & the fees were so cheap. I will recommend them to anyone, they are the best & very honest.
