Hanna's Hand Car Wash Cafe

Absolutely disgusting car wash. Manager is very rude, left not only a visibly dirty but very scratched and swirled car. Unless you do not care about the condition and paint of your car, I would advise to never take it here. They seem to never use new sponges nor chamois cloths. The workers clearly have no idea what they are doing and are brushing over cars and one in particular i attempted to speak to could not reply in english. Immigration would love to speak to the workers here. Boss seems to be constantly shouting at his employees, and i understand why no one would really want to work there. This carwash desperately needs overhauling and if there is no change I may be seeking to notify the ACCC as this is not acceptable.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my car to be washed. When I mentioned this to the management they did not apologise they just stated that they were busy because of the new year. If they know this then why not put on more staff? The car was not cleaned well and when I noted this he offered to do it over quickly to fix the parts that were missed. If you have all day to spend then you might consider going here. Personally I will not return.

Very happy with my first visit there. Reasonably priced, took time to do the wheels, very courteous and the coffee was good.
