Hanover Street Medical Centre

Being from a migrant background and having elderly parents is a huge concern in itself. I moved my father to this practise after he was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer recently, as his previous providers gave no attention to his symptoms hence the stage 4 result. From the first moment Dr. Iris with her hands on approach took care of all his medicals and appointments and we had a full view and understanding of where we were at. Since then my father is positive about his treatment and cannot stop advertising the medical centre for their approach and care of him. In general the team at Hanover Street are polite, professional and make you feel like someone cares and not see you as a 'customer'..... Dr. Iris thank you !

I have been there twice now , once for myself and another time for my sister and both times they were very understanding and made room for both of us to be seen to and i found it very well ran with amazing staff and Doctors who were not only kind and friendly but also treated us as human beings and not just another number

My father had breathing problems, they placed him straight into the nurses station / emergency room , Dr Brian checked everything out put dad on oxygen made sure dad was stabilised, Dr Brian's commitment whilst it was a busy day for them was amazing. Wish they had more Doctors like him around. God Bless Dr Brian.

Tried this medical centre after going to another one for years and it was refreshing to have a polite easy on the eyes receptionist not b****y and good to finally see a Dr that listened to me instead of been pushed out the door. Would be great though if they bulk bill everyone or better if we never got sick!

Felt dismissed by dr after seeking fresh opinion on ongoing health issue. After explaining my health issue dr asked me what I expected this dr to do and was not asked whether i wanted to be referred on for tests or to specialist. Do not recommend at all.
