Been going to this "all you can eat" and "self serve" restaurant for 10 years. The food is incredibly good and the meals are 15 dollars per adult (cheaper for lunch). Stay as long as you like and eat as much as you like. They have every conceivable "Aussie/Asain" dish on the menu, no short cuts and utterly delicious.
Finally thought Warrnambool had a good a Chinese Reaturant! Third time there sevice fell apart . At least 15 mins before order was taken about 20 mins before we got Luke warm soup another 20mins before we got our half cold entree and then after another 30-35 mins of waiting for our mains we decided to leave. Noting that other tables of people who had come well after us seemed to already have their meals. Yet several tables at the back of the restaurant including the family next to us were still waiting. There was no explanation no real apology and then after trying to charge us full price for what we had ordered they finally only charged us for what we had eaten.
This review is false. This restaurant is a self service all you can eat establishment. The are no waiters or waitresses. You pay the cashier who gives you a plate and you help yourself. The food is affordable and delicious. Who ever wrote the above post has either a/ Got the wrong restaurant or b/ has no clue what they are talking about or c/ being malicious.
I recieved an email to say that a comment had been made regarding my review. As my review states it was over 5 years ago. I honestly cannot remember the name of the restaurant but Looking at the reviews perhaps our review has gone under the wrong restaurant name. We do know that the restaurant we went to had closed down not long after as we regularly visit Warrnambool. There was no Malicious intent as the reviewer "TV DINNER" implied. I have contacted true local regading this matter.
