Happy Chef Chinese Restaurant

Went here last night after our epic 7km walk-a-thon for dinner. Becuase I was so hungarious that I would have happily bit into the rump of a cow if one had crossed my path.

Happy Chef saved the poor cow from my gnashing teeth.

I ordered the beef with honey pepper sauce. The serves are pretty huge, for $12 this was a win win situation. It comes with rice so there is no separate rice order.

My dining companions had some wonton soup and beef as well.

We were happy with our "happy chef food babies". We waddled out smiling. And decided that this is why they are called happy chef. Because you leave happy and call out thank you on your way out!

Cheap, cheerful and fast service with good food. What more do you need?

Oldie and a goodie. Cheap and cheerful Chinese classics in a no frills but comfortable environment. Recommend the soups, the chicken, mince & beans and char kway teow.

Cheap and easy feed especially when hungover. Not as good as Superbowl in Chinatown, but if you're craving some delicious wonton noodle soup after a night out, this is the place to go.

easy place to dine, heaps of choice on the menu at a reasonable price!
