Strongly recommend against this place.
I wanted to get the old original battery in my iPod changed because it was lasting less than two hours. Otherwise it was in good condition. It ended up broken while under service. They refused to claim any responsibility and told me it must have broken for other reasons. Was also very unhappy and rude when refunding service fee and refused to compensate me for broken item.
Rude owner. very bad customer service.
this is not a happy place at all. I had my iPhone 5 screen and the LCD repaired couple of days ago from Happy Mobile and the touch screen is acting funny since the repair. I took it back again and the lady at the counter said that they cant do anything about it. The lady at the counter was very rude and she doesn't even want to listen. She is making stuff up and she said you may have dropped it after the repair. I then took the phone to another place and they said the LCD hasn't been fixed properly. I DO NOT recommend this place for screen repair. I wasted $90 by going to Happy Mobile
DO NOT waste your money and time. there are lots of other places in Melbourne for Screen repair.
More like Unhappy Mobile!! Sorry guys, but this place is not worth your time and money!! I stumbled across them and gave them a chance. As a student, $140 is a lot to spend on fixing a cracked phone screen that wasn't even done properly! Service was pretty fast, I'll give them that. BUT when I went back and politely gave them the chance to fix a mistake they made with my phone, they insisted this very un-normal fault was the phone company's mistake and that I "have forgotten" what my 1-year-old phone looked like 1 day ago.... They didn't want to listen to me! Definitely not going back!!
I'd been here before and had issues, but a friend convinced me to go back.

I put my iPhone5s 64gb in for a screen replacement. Upon picking it up and getting home, I found they had given me an iPhone 5s 32gb.
I went back to sort it out. They called me a liar and yelled at me to leave their shop.
Whether they accidentally got the phones confused, I'm not sure, but their attitude is not suited to a retail role.
I had my ipad repair by Happy Mobile in Elizabeth street. They did not use the Apple screen, the screen had some dead spots which does not respond to the finger. I found the problem after I 4 weeks had my ipad repaired, I took the ipad back to complaint, they said the warranty is only one month and ask me to pay again.
DO NOT REPAIR YOUR MOBILE /IPAD HERE
