They are selling you what you don't need. Don't listen to you what you want and are very unfriendly if you aren't buying something.
We booked something with pick up. This doesn't include the way back. But nobody told us so that we staid in middle of nowhere, alone.
We also booked Fraser Island which is nothing for you if you saw the west coast and if you aren't party people. We told them both. However, we tried to cancel it because our car broke. They told us we only can get back 50% which is a lie! We found out that we have to get back everything because we called 7 days in advance.
Nobody can help you via phone and nobody calls back. HORRIBLE!!!
Worst experience with Happy Travels!! I paid for a dive with Deep Sea Divers but never got to do the dive. I was told by the management at Happy Travels I'd be fully refunded but never received my refund and I emailed the management and still no response. I highly recommend DO NOT book with Happy Travels, management is very unprofessional!!!
