They came to my house with door to door vouchers advertising $1000 worth of work for $149. Upon arrival, they informed me they needed to charge me another's $49, and would take 45 mins to do the work. Afterward, they refused to give me a receipt until I insisted, did not itemise the work they undertook and did not complete all the tasks promised on the voucher. For example, when I queried which brake pad they changed (as per my voucher), he said the car pads could get away without a change so he wouldn't change it. His only comment was that he changed the oil and when I took the car to start driving, I noticed the water for the windscreen wiper water bottle was still empty. Getting your car serviced here is a mystery and I wouldn't recommend going there at all.
I would give them a zero if I could. I went to pick my car up before work and although they are meant to be there at 9am, nobody was there at 9.30am which meant I was late for work. This happened 2 days in a row despite me calling on the second day to absolutley confirm someone would be there at 9am on the dot. Lazy, unresponsive and with no courtesy driver offered to me for the major inconvenience this caused me 2 days in a row. Why would you bother going here.
