Hi all you keen fisher-persons. I went on a charter with Peter about three years ago and he could not have been more knowledgable or passionate about fishing. It was a great trip which included chasing squid, some bottom bashing for flat head and trying to catch some King fish. Peter shared his expert knowledge of Pittwater freely and graciously. It was one of the best charters I've been on. I'm not sure why he's received three angry reviews but in my experience you wont find any better a fishing guide than Peter. All the best, Garry
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been a number of other fishing charters and by far this it the worst experience. Peter was extremely RUDE! fishing off the wharf would have been a better experience. The whole time it was belittling comment one after another. I do not understand how this man runs a business with his bad attitude. We couldn't even freely choose the type of bait we could use. We might as well have paid to sit on a small boat to watch this man fish. Too controlling mate!
Some forum posts praised him which is why we chose him. However I am skeptical they are his own posts or his mates trying to boost his business. My advice is to stay clear of this one. Go with one who you know has experienced the fishing charter and/or more research on reliable sources.

Peter tried his best to make us feel completely unwelcomed, with never-ending hostile comments on how we spoiled his day he wanted to spend with his family, and that we should not use his bait so quickly because it cost him money...When I asked him how deep the water was where we were fishing he snapped back with a counter question why would it matter to me? When a friend of mine asked him politely what kind of fish are biting at this time of year he rudely responded not to ask stupid questions but to wait and see. At the end of the day as we were approaching the ...read more
