I saw one of the doctors for a filling a few weeks ago. Not only was I sore for several days from the heavy handed work on my jaw, I contracted a cold sore the next morning which I previously have never had. There is pain in the tooth still, which was not present prior to the procedure and there is roughness next to the filling and on the tooth behind the one which was filled, indicating that doctor has burred off enamel which needn't be removed.
