i have nothing but drama after drama with this shop, they stuffed up my initial contract with the wrong phone, were rude and not helpful at all, i am still receiving a bill which is under the wrong amount and no one will contact me to help sort this out - i recommend you go elsewhere CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR, NOT HELPFULM RUDE AND FORGET GETTING ANY SORT OF HELP OR RESOLUTION TO ANY ISSUE

I took in a Sony Xperia Z (waterproof phone) to get the screen replaced. They did a shonky job and the LED light would spill out from under the screen and you could clearly see that they hadn't sealed it properly. $230 later I have a water damaged phone. The phone became non waterproof after they replaced the screen with an ingenuine part and didn't seal it properly. They said Sony Xperias are only water resistant, when Sony themselves say they are waterproof, and clearly my phone was waterproof as I could wet it and sit it in water for minutes on end, and to be able to wipe the phone dry and keep using it. They have held my phone now for 3 weeks and still have my $230 and are refusing to refund me and are saying they cannot fix the water damaged phone - they even offered me to take the phone as is, after pulling it apart and leaving it in several pieces in a takeaway container. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.
