Harbourside Indian Restaurant

This is a charming building standing on its own perched at the top of a hill in lovely Lavender Bay. Staff are polite and he food is good, no real showstopper but that's ok, honest curry and he usual Indian fare. Divine outlook.

We got the banquet and it was all very delicious. Good chance to taste a bit of everything and share with your friends. All you need is a bottle of wine from there and its a perfect evening!

Very nice food a bit over priced for Indian but the view is worth it. Polite service too. Would nt go again but i would recommend this place

Not such a good experience for me. They are happy to take bookings but would appear not to reserve tables, as I think no-one gets turned away. Too bad if you've booked and a lot of people stop by - as happened to us and we were left outside for half an hour waiting for our pre-booked table.



When we finally got in it was a tiny table and definitely not the one I booked, as I'd gone in during lunchtime and pointed out where I wanted to sit.



The food was only okay, and on the bland side. I've had a lot of Indian food overseas, and this really doesn't compare in any way.



Admittedly, it's a great view. But a great view does not a restaurant make. I will definitely NOT be back.

I really like this place! The views are absolutely amazing, but you have to book in advance in order to get a good spot. Their butter chicken is incredible, the naan is tasty and fresh, portions are quite well served, staff is friendly and finally, I think the prices are fair.
I also think the place has its charm for being a bit of a hideaway, one can easily pass by and not notice it. I think it's a very good spot for a romantic date :).
