This is the most disorganised unprofessional surgery I have ever been to. My immediate needs were not met, I waited another 5 days to be seen by a different doctor, when I expressed my concerns I was told that the system there has changed and the G.P. That you initially saw doesn't look at any patients other than skin care patients. This was not announced or printed anywhere in the surgery , so why would you even contemplate going to a surgery that picks and chooses who they treat. I was told to go to the ER if I had immediate concerns about my health. Disgusting!
Moved from Melbourne a couple of years ago and have been going here since it opened. I have never had any issues getting an appointment. Every doctor I have seen here has been professional and courteous. Wouldn't usually sign up to write a review for anything tbh but I have been especially happy with this surgery.
Extremely bad customer service, staff are rude and very inconsiderate. Wait times are insane and have never seen such lack of respect ever!!
I agree! They are terrible! I waited over 40mins because they accidentally sent other in before me. Then later a staff member returned from lunch and noticed me still waiting and I could see the staff telling the other staff they had missed me. And I also had to wait while the doctor went and got a cup of coffee.. Seriously! I've been a few times as they are I my local area but now realised they are more about quantity than quality.
