In a three month period we received four general entry notices for routine inspections - The first a week after we moved in and each after that accompanied with a ridiculous excuse. There is a distinct lack of communication between the staff and everyone will tell you something different. Many of the staff are not informed with the RTA legislation and misquote terms or simply have no idea when you speak to them. The house we moved into was filthy - the yard, the carpets, kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. The entry report showed they had obviously not been in the house for some time as it listed old appliances, carpet and curtains. I would recommend property owners give them a very wide berth and potential tenants to also steer clear!
