This shop is located at the very far end of the shopping complex.
I thought I would see if I could improve the rating of these guys. I had no intention of discussing real estate but just wanted to see how they ran things.
I went in and waited 5 minutes. No one came out so I was unable to make any comment about service.
However the store was neat and tidy.
My property, under their management, was on the market to rent for 6 weeks before I changed agents. In which, I got applicants approved within a week with new management. When I went to retrieve my keys, they came to see me with a bad attitude and rude tone. I was very patient with them, but they just didn't want to help me. Now that's customer service.
Dealing with Harcourts Rochedale was one of the worst experience of costumer service I have ever had. Don't normally care about things like this, but this boiled my blood. There complete lack of competence, professionalism and willingness to complete a simple task required by their service is astonishing. Also while trying to resolve this matter, the manner in which they conducted themselves belittled me and was plain rude! I strongly suggest using a different real estate to anyone purchasing or selling in the area. I will be! Peace!
