Unfortunately I truly had my worst experience as a potential buyer with this company. We dealt with a sales consultant. Their sales tactics were pushy and rude but the property we were interested in spoke for itself and we were interested in making an offer. We called sales consultant and expressed our interest but stated that we would like to show our family through the home first then we would make an offer. Consultant flat out refused this unless we made an offer first. Well the property sold for 10k LESS than what we were going to offer.
Now when I see an open inspection by this sales consultant I stay clear. It's not worth being treated in that manner and I would absolutely avoid if you are looking to sell your property. Once consultant has an offer close to the mark consultant's done and doesn't consider other interested buyers.
