We are first home buyers and recently dealt with Hardings for the conveyancing. They made the process so much easier than we expected it to be. The staff were always willing to answer any questions we had and of course explain things to us (we had no idea about the process as this was our first time). We went through a broker so Hardings liaised with them which I think also made the process stress free. We would highly recommend.
We are dealing with them on purchasing a house and every interaction has left me angry. Whenever I have talked to them they have given me attitude, even when asking a simple question over the phone, the paper work is extremely long-winded and you only find the fees after wading through many pages! I definately wouldn't deal with them again.
Thank you for your feedback. We know this review is quite old but we would still like you to contact us and discuss the issues in your matter as we were not aware that you had a bad experience. We have made many positive changes to Hardings over the last 5 years and would be happy to take you through our new processes as well.
I signed a contract to sell my house before I left for another state but hardings didn't follow up on items e.g. bank's deed discharge within required time so that the last week before the sale settled, they called and informed me to do this and that URGENTLY. Also when they sent me the bill after the house was settled, they charged me jobs that I'd already paid! I'm really unhappy for their service.
Thanks for your feedback IY. We note that this matter has been resolved but we would like to discuss your feedback, please contact our office. Conveyancing does require all parties to execute various documents and we have amended our processes to take into account clients' that do not reside in Brisbane.
