We focus on the body's natural movements - push, pull, throw, twist, jump and flex. With a sledgehammer here and pull up bar there, working your whole body in one movement.
You won't find any modern machines that only work isolated muscle groups. Mirrors and plasma TV's have gone AWOL too.
