Customer service is appalling. Having rung to discuss issues with a delivery of tiles, which were left on our neighbours verge, we met with a don't care attitude. No apology only offered the phone number of the delivery driver and told to sort the problem out ourselves. Not impressed, we will not be going back for our other bathroom and kitchen that will be renovated over the next 12 months. Very disappointing.

The bathroom shop is in quite a mess, not sure if they are renovating? However there is a reasonable selection of vanities and toilets and baths. They carry the Decina range of baths also.
