Hardwood Floors

Had a Quickstep oak installed at our unit in Erskinville. Their showroom was the best we have been to and they explained the process thoroughly. They were excellent. They gave us options on skirting boards which was a surprise given that others were pushing scotia. The staff were very knowledgable and experieneced and the entire process was professional. We have recomended them to friends and they too have been very satisfied. Very good operators. I would definately use them again.

Laid my floor in Darling point. Great price. Very good installation. They ran me through all the options with skirting boards and underlays. Very professional and the owner was very funny. The two UK lads that worked at my premises were brilliant. Would definately use them again.

The worst customer service I have come across in 20 years of renovating! When we ordered and paid for the floor they said to contact them if there were any problems. We had movement and twisting in the floor after a few weeks but they refused to come and fix it or even inspect the job. We had to pay a builder to fix the bad workmanship so we could move in.

There are ripples in the floorboards (not flat surface), expansion joints at the wrong places, gaps between floorboards, and oil stains on the skirting boards. They keep promising to come fix it but never turns up and keep wasting my time. Once they've got your money, they don't even want to hear from you.
