Hardy's Mitre 10 Mega

Terrific customer service, staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Greeted numerous times throughout the store and offered assistance. Alot of specials and from matching up prices, much cheaper.



Being a plumber, I need a lot more fittings and pipes than the usual hardware store would carry, this Mitre 10 has a fully serviced plumbers department. Perfect for DIYers and licenced plumbers alike.



Would recommend Hardys' everyone.

Hit and miss with teh customer service, one day theyre good teh next theres no one there to serve you - this is on any day not just busy days.

Rude staff refused to check a price for a product I bought in the morning and came back to buy more of in teh afternoon ended up charging me the list price and not teh trade price I had paid before.

Great team & you always get a smile as your entering & the staff are really good & know what their talking about. They also offer to carry your bulky items to the car without hesitation.



Once i bought a bookcase at Mitre 10 & i stuffed it up by not following the instructions. I went back to see if i could buy some more screws (i broke most of them trying to pull the bookcase apart to start again). Not only did 3 people help me look for the screws, they just opened up another bookcase's box & pulled the parts out i needed. They didn't even charge me for the parts! The rest of the parts they were going to store out the back as spares in case any one else needed them.



The store is often busy but they've got plenty of staff to go around & there's always a bunch of registers open.

I've just moved to Nar Nar Goon from Narre Warren and have pretty much shopped at Bunnings Warehouse stores for the last 15 years until earlier this when I drove past the Pakenham Mitre10 Mega. Just the outside of the store looked impressive, I got home and told the missus we were going to give them a try. The whole place seems to full of helpful staff that are more than happy to spend time with you. I dealt with one of the young guys, Michael who walked me around the entire store from tools to gardening to the plumbing and much to my wife's amazement he knew exactly where everything was. He really showed interest in the jobs we were about to attempt to do and gave some great advice. My wife and I have since been back, while Michael was with another customer, one of his colleagues saw us and came straight over to help us out with what we'd come in for, he was just as pleasant to deal with (I'm not sure of his name as he didn't have a name tag). D.I.Y. paradise, been here a few times, they've got everything you'd need for little jobs around the home. Customer service is fantastic will be asked for help about four or five times, staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
