Great service! Great staff! Great prices! I walked in, I was shown different brands, the most expensive brand wasn't pushed to me so I felt like the staff actually cared when they suggested the most appropriate product given my circumstances. Great to know I can trust with confidence.
I decided to visit this pharmacy as I have a dear friend that lives around the corner and was in dire need of some vitamins just before Christmas. I was so impressed with the service I found myself there again just a few short months later. Although I actually live a little further away (all the way in Kirribilli) I have decided to make Harmony my go-to pharmacy. With the recent turn in Sydney weather early June I found myself in a spot of bother and falling ill with the common cold... I made a quick dash to Harmony and boy oh boy I've never had such a fast recovery, the staff were amazing, the product range extensive and the prices unbeatable. Very pleased and would recommend this not just to Mosman-ites but to the whole of Sydney! Very happy customer..
This pharmacy use to be more like a meeting place and I was an avid customer. Recently I haven't shopped there much because the service is not what it used to be.
However, I just rang up to ask regarding massage prices when a staff on the telephone hang up on me after I had commented on the price. When I rang up to ask why she hang up on a customer that has probably spent around $4000 in the last 18 months she said "I thought our conversation was over". I was truly disappointed and said that I would contact the management, her response was "fine".
At second thought, her behavior was so rude on the phone that I decided to share my view about this place. For a long time I have given the lacking customer service the benefit of the doubt but this just took the cake. In summary, this place lacks customer service and their products and services are over priced.
Hi Rosemary here. I'm sorry you had this experience and I have spoken to the member of staff that served you. I am passionate about health and that has not changed. I endeavor to train our staff so that your experience is the same whoever serves you. This will be brought up at our next staff meeting. I'm puzzled that you did not like the cost of our massages as I believe them to be competitive. In fact I'm surprised if you are a loyal customer that you don't have a rewards voucher for a free one.
