I went to Harris Park Laundrette Late afternoon Saturday the 3rd of May to use the dryers. I had many things to dry including designer underwears and socks. I usually leave things in the dryer and come back when its done. An couple and another staff were working on this day. I left the place while my belongings were drying. I got home and realised I was missing 10 new designer underwears and 4 pairs of socks.
I called the business the following day, and explained my situation to another worker who was not there at the time. Staff said they've checked and there was nothing left behind. I called the following week, still nothing turned up and no compensation or solution was provided by the business and the management.
