We were very disappointed with the customer service received while purchasing a house though Harris Partners. They came across as being friendly prior to the deposit being taken but then were not at all accommodating in the lead up to settlement. Unfortunately we could not recommend them to anyone.
Lost a lot of money using these guys to property manage our unit. Took them 30 days to find a tenant. They had no urgency to rent it out. They didnt do all Saturday showings like we were promised and our advertisement showed that the next open house was dated 2 weeks prior !!
Changed property managers to another real estate and they found a tenant in 4 days ! Do not use Harris Partners to property manage your house/unit. We have had to use our savings to make up for lost rent and they didnt even apologise.
