I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Vocational Graduate Diploma of Counselling.
Through my life experiences I am inspired and have a great passion to help and support people experiencing similar challenges and problems that can occur in life.

Grief & Loss Counselling
My son Harrison passed away in a tragic accident. Over the years I have experienced the whole grief process. I always intended to pursue counselling as my career due to my intense desire to help people through their pain, however this event steered me in the direction of reach out to those suffering with chronic grief and the feeling of loss. I remember searching around desperately after Harry died not knowing what to do and wanting to speak to a counsellor who knew how I felt and wasn't just talking from a book. As a counsellor and grieving mother I feel that everyone experiences and expresses grief in their own way.

Eating Disorder Counselling
I have suffered from an eating disorder since the year 1990 as a 16 year old girl.As a result of this illness I have experienced first-hand the negative impacts that come from using this as a coping mechanism, adversely affecting every part of my life and those around me. I can speak to you from a place of knowing, a place of understanding and I am sure just about anything you could tell me I have probably been there.

Anxiety and Depression Counselling
Anxiety and depression are common in the society we live in and I am here to help people who suffer alone with this as I know what it feels like.
