Hartley Valley is a Teahouse, Gallery and Nursery all on the same property with established gardens, a fruit orchards and beautiful rural views.
The Teahouse is set in a quaint two-storey cedar cottage with wide verandas. They are open for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and specialise in Devonshire teas. Available daily are light meals, loose-leaf teas, Belorama coffee and home-made cakes served in a warm relaxed and friendly environment.
Stroll from the Teahouse to the Gallery to view exquisite pieces of glassware, metal and bronze sculptures, paintings, jewellery, woodwork and other. Also on display are eccentric Teapots from Wensleydale, England that are fully functional, handmade and hand-painted.

The Tea House has recently reopened run by Clare and Jon Evans, owners of Hartley Valley Coffee.
They are concentrating on the catering side , but there are small gifts and some plants for sale.
I can recommend the coffee as being excellent and if you want good food and a warm welcome, I would recommend you try it out.
