HATHA Yoga in the heart of beautiful KensingtonA beautiful newly refurbished Studio in the heart of Kensington - HARVEST YOGA offers hatha yoga classes at all levels. Heated, carpeted and airconditioned, the studio is flooded with light and sunshine and looks out onto trees. Workshops and regular intensives are also offered, as well as a number of health care practitioners offering their services. Also Monthly yoga and meditation workshops and Pre Natal yoga, HypnoBirthing workshops, and Art of Living courses.

Yoga at Harvest Yoga is a fun and rewarding experience. The teaching is great, and the combination of yoga, meditation and relaxation is always refreshing. Add some inspired and inspirational poetry in a lovely studio and you have the complete experience. And great value for money i.e. not horrendously expensive. I've been going for 18 months and can feel the difference in my body. Highly recommended for all ages and abilities.
