What a horrible buying experience! Part of the deal was removing my old fridge when they deliver the new new one. When fridge arrived they refuse to remove old one because it didn’t say so ok the delivery docket.Proprietor himself promised “to make it up to me” if I accept delivery. Old fridge sat on my front lawn for 2 days and and I’m still waiting for him to make it up to me. They promise the moon and the stars to get your business.

This is about their INSTORE Photos centre. Last weekend we had the most APPALLING experience. Just wanted to get a few photos printed and were short on time so before putting in the order we checked with them it could be done in the time we had. They checked with the person in the photo area and assured us that the photos would be ready in 15 minutes. So we went through the rigmarole of loading the photos, editing them so they didn't have the crop (as a user, the system is horrible and slow).

Have been here many times to purchase various items and I must say I've always received good service even on a busy day.

The best experience is when they price match a device I've seen elsewhere. It has saved me the hassle of traveling elsewhere for it. All within 5 minutes.

Only givent hese guys half a star because i have to show some kind of rating - pity i can't use a negative star rating. We ordered a refrigerator from these guys as ours literally dies on the Oct long weekend. They did not have stock of the fridge we wanted but assured us they would be able to deliver on friday (this was on Monday). Thursday i received a voicemail message stating that the fridge had arrived and could i call back to confirm delivery date. I called back only to be told he had it wrong - the fridge hadn't arrived and that it would be anpther 7-10 days. They then offered to loan us a fridge to apease us. They fridge was the same dimensions as the fridge we had purchased - it didn't fit - even though we were assured by the salesman that it would indeed fit into this space. So we have had to have light switches moved - power points moved and a slight kitch redesign - by moving a cabinet to allow for space to accomodate the fridge.
