KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went in to Harvey Norman Burleigh Waters angry and frustrated over a purchase that did not satisfy the needs of a customer I was installing it for.
I had to search the back corner of the store for assistance. On this particular day none of the floor phones worked and there was this salesman JOSH who had the only workable phone in the store and he was receiving every call to the store.

Large Harvey Norman store located at Burleigh Homespace, Burmuda Street. I though I'd pop in late this afternoon to have a look what they had in the way of printers. I got sidetracked at first looking at laptop and tablet lifters but a staff member came and offered assistance so I asked him about the printers. Joe was really friendly, helpful and knew what he was talking about when it came to the products. He showed me what was on sale and what would most probably suit my needs best. It was great. He printed up the docket, thanked me and shook my hand before leading me over to the main counter to finish the sale. Good positive experience!

This is a huge Harvey Norman store, and often quite empty so can be a little hard to find a staff member when required. All the usuals tho, from Audio Visual area, kitchens, applicances, white goods etc.
Recently purchased a rangehood and cooktop and got a great special; and a recommendation to a local tradesman who could help with the steel required, so happy with that!
