Wednesday 15/11/17:
Very frustrated and annoyed at the poor service and lies we were told by salesperson "Brad" in IT.
I called yesterday to arrange delivery of an expensive fridge for a client of mine. The original salesperson, Jason, was on a day off so I was put through to Brad. Brad confirmed that the fridge had been paid for, was in stock and would be delivered "tomorrow", i.e. today.
At 4.15pm my client and her support worker called to say that the fridge had still not arrived.
When I called to ask why not the poor excuse I was given was "Oh, someone has marked it as 'pick up', not delivery."
I CONFIRMED just yesterday (Tuesday) that the fridge was being delivered today!!!
Now the fridge cannot be delivered until tomorrow (Thursday) as "the truck is already back in the lot".
Appalling service!
When in to the store while on holiday, got no service till we asked then we asked about an advertised product and were told that the sales person knew nothing about it, this changed when we said we would look at home. I said I wanted to look at something else before we purchased and the person serving us said "so your not going to buy it then?" I full intended to till they said this, I then bought it on line that night and picked it up from the same person the next day. They also told me the sale ended the day we were there and it was still on sale the next day.

Same thing happened to me too. I wen't to one of their outlets to checkout their boxing day sale prices on laptops(Since they don't post them online). I was checking out a few models when the staff asked me if I needed help in choosing something; I said I was just browsing for now and they walked away. After about 15-20 minutes later, I found a model which seemed good. As I was reading the laptop's specs, the same staff popped up behind me and said that I had been in their store for a long time and asked me if I was sure I wanted to buy something, and then asked me if I "sure I knew what i was looking for." I said I was fine and walked out of the store and into a jb-hifi outlet, form where I bought my laptop. The service there was more pleasant, the prices were better and the staff over there don't try to "help" you unless you ask them to.
