The Penrith Harvey Norman store would have to be the worst in the whole of Australia, the sales assistants ignored me completely until they realized I had quite a few items in my hands, and then they were all over me like flies, one of them stank of booze and this was just 10.30 am!
I explained that I was setting up to work from home and needed a few items and only then they sensed a good commission, the first item was a printer and he quickly guided me towards the most expensive with the story that it came with a double set of ink bottles, therefore it would give me in excess of two years printing before I ever had to refill the ink, once home I found only 1 set of ink bottles. Just visited the computer store and waited 25mins for someone to help or even acknowledge my existence in the store and surprise surprise nothing!! Customer service unfortunately is a thing of the past, no wonder online shopping is so popular! Off to JB Hifi tomorrow to spend my money!!! Will avoid Harvey Norman stores in the future!!

Purchased a high end product and when it failed well within the warranty period the service was awful. We had to chase them up for over a month to get a resolution. They kept confirming they would call back and didn't. Great purchasing service but poor follow up.

Phoned this store this morning. Stated what I was looking for and was then put on hold. Next an Asian sounding female came on the phone. I gave her the details of my request. She told me to give my phone number and someone would call me. DIDNT HAPPEN. So I drove to the store and spoke to "Darryl or Dillon " told me they don't stock it any more and then he proceeded to have a conversation with someone else. HELPFULL!!!! Not at all. Not interested in making a sale. Didn't even offer me an alternative. IWONT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

I paid for an appliance was told that it'll come in 7-10 working days. It's been almost a month and I haven't heard from them. I called to check TWICE and only the second time that I was told the company had discontinued the product. I'm appalled.
