Harvey Norman Flooring

Frustrating and ridiculous. I went in to buy the Vax cordless stick (ON SALE until 18.09.16 for $299) and was told that there were none in stock and pushed toward a Dyson. I had checked before going to the store that they had them in stock and asked him to please check. Salesperson comes back. No, none in stock but they have them at Browns Plains (45 minutes away). I end up buying 2 jura filters and have to give all of my personal details which takes forever. Why??
I sit in my car and order the Vax stick online from Harvey Norman, which costs an additional $19.95 for postage.
I also send a quick and very nice email about the website and that there was a discrepancy with availability between online at tge Aspley store and at the store itself.
Later that day I receive a phone call from customer service informingme that there are four Vax cordless sticks at the Aspley store and the store manager ...read more

This place is touch and go. Dont go in an hour before closing time or you will be ignored by all the staff. Best time to shop is saturday morning. You wilk get harrased by 20 sale staff in 5 minutes, find it annoying and then leave!

Terrible - they were open late last night for "end of financial year sale" and not one of their staff members seemed even slightly interested in making a sale. We had to chase people down just to ask a question!!! We ended up leaving the store and calling their Everton Park store to see if they would be able to get the item we wanted in for us. Would much rather them get the sale than the slackers at Aspley!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

We went to Harvey Norman Aspley to buy a high quality laser printer, having a couple models in mind. After being ignored for an unreasonable amount of time, the salesperson didn't answer our questions about laser printers but instead tried to push us into buying an inkjet (even after we firmly told them that we did not want the model they were showing us). Leaving us to make a decision, we waited (again for an unreasonable amount of time) for another salesperson who was even pushier about that same inkjet model - not what we were after. Santa photos - Disappointed to say the least. The photographer and Santa were both nice people however... When it came to asking the checkout people how long it would take to get the prints done, no one had any idea... Their answers were '' We'll call you when they are ready'' ... The tone the elder lady staff used was DISGUSTING. Having rung them after 2 days (and our unexpected overseas guests leaving today), they still will not say if they are going to be ready today. There is no where that it says that it could take up to 2-3 days to process... Had we known this, we would have gone elsewhere.
