Poor service, don't buy from them. We bought Smartstrand carpet which claims to be stainproof for life, our cat wee on it and I couldn't get it off, went to the shop, they gave us a carpet cleaning agent but still no good. So we asked for the carpet to be replaced. The shop gave us a contact person who never rang us and we rang them many times, they always said will get someone to come and look, and they never did! shocking service, never buy from them again

it really depends on which staff member you get. when i purchased my tv from there i got a staff member (Scott) who was quick and could answer all my questions. but when i went to purchase a new mattress ensemble i found the staff could not answer my questions and kept walking off to ask other staff who also didnt know how to answer. in the end they left me waiting for a long time while they contacted the supplier.

Try the photo shop here. You will find friendly staff who are always happy to assist you in making your photos print better on the kiosk machines and you always have your photos in a timely manner. Also cheap as well.

We bought a big screen tv off of them. Good service although slow to get around to serving us, not enough staff on the floor to answer questions. We were very happy with the tv and the product availability.
